Synthetic LeafWiki fixtures

M4 adds versioned, fully synthetic LeafWiki SQLite/hybrid fixtures after the actual source shape is understood from official source code and/or a read-only user snapshot.

Rules:

• no real pages, usernames, paths or attachments;
• fixtures are deterministic;
• every known adapter has positive and signature-mismatch fixtures;
• source trees are hashed before and after tests;
• malformed/unknown schemas are represented deliberately;
• no test can write journal, cache or temp files inside a source fixture.

The generic Markdown fixture already exists under fixtures/markdown-import/.
