# ProjectBrain feature delivery

1. Create or update a complete delivery plan in ProjectBrain.
2. Wait for explicit owner approval.
3. Start or resume any valid isolated non-default branch through ProjectBrain.
4. Create, update or delete files only within that approved delivery.
5. Dispatch the narrowest fixed validation profile, respect `pollAfterMs`, and poll only while `terminal=false`. After a transient runner failure, dispatch the same profile again without opening Gitea. Synchronize successful evidence for the exact head SHA.
6. Open a pull request; never write directly to the default branch.
7. Import the final execution summary as reviewable feedback.
